“I have had intermittent lower back pain for 30 years. During a semi-painful flare up, Silke offered to work on me.
She warned me that my knees might become weak and I might fall to the floor, and assured me that if this happened, it would be a good thing. “Yeah, right,” I thought. “I’m not going to fall to the floor.” So I locked my knees in place and she began.
