Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Appointments are either in person or long distance via Zoom Video call, and are usually booked about two weeks in advance. This can be done by contacting Silke via email or through Facebook.

In Person:

For your first session please reserve enough time and arrive on time. For your first in-person session you will fill out a short questionnaire to help establish your needs and how I can assist you best. Contact me for location and any other questions concerning your initial appointment.

Online:

For your first Zoom call, be sure to download and familiarize yourself with the Zoom app. Prior to our call you will also receive a link to a short questionnaire, and a waiver, to get us set up and help establish your needs and how I can assist you best.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Scheduling your appointment is a commitment to secure your spot, and in doing so, that time frame is not available to anyone else. I require a 24 hour notice if you cannot keep your scheduled appointment. If a 24 hour notice is not given, and you are not showing up for the session, you will be fully charged for the service and time you were scheduled for.  If you are late for your appointment, you will receive your treatment for the time remaining in your spot. This policy is valid for in-person as well as Zoom Video calls.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Energy Healing and Hypnotherapy works in conjunction with the medical field as it covers the whole person, body, mind and spirit.  We will address any medical issues during your interview.
